Retrieves a paginated list of accession records.
You can filter the results by search query, lab IDs, statuses, and many other parameters.
Additionally, you can sort the accessions by received, submitted, updated, or finalised dates
within a specified date range.
Use the "detailed" flag to return extended accession information.
