Mark a location as deleted

DELETE https://demo.labs.tracefirst.com/api/v2/locations/{id}

Marks a location record as deleted using soft deletion.
This operation flags the location as deleted without permanently removing it from the system.

Required Permission: Controller: api_v2_reference_data, Action: locations_destroy.
