Updates an existing lab record with new attribute values.
The request must include the unique identifier of the lab and the updated attributes.
The address attributes are required for updating the lab's address.
Optionally, you can update the billing address attributes or copy the lab address to the billing address.
Required Permission: Controller: api_v2_reference_data, Action: labs_update.
