Mark a formula as deleted

DELETE https://demo.labs.tracefirst.com/api/v2/formulas/{id}

Marks a formula record as deleted using soft deletion.
This operation flags the record as deleted without permanently removing it from the database.

Required Permission: Controller: api_v2_reference_data, Action: formulas_destroy.
