Mark a label definition as deleted

DELETE https://demo.labs.tracefirst.com/api/v2/label_definitions/{id}

Marks a label definition record as deleted using soft deletion.
This operation flags the record as deleted without permanently removing it from the system.

Required Permission: Controller: api_v2_reference_data, Action: label_definitions_destroy.
