Return a list of test result definitions (TRDs) marked 'show at ordering'

GET https://demo.labs.tracefirst.com/api/v2/order_messaging/{test_schedule_id}/shown_ordering_trds

Retrieves test result definitions (TRDs) for a given test schedule that have been marked as 'show at ordering'. For panel tests, TRDs for each sub-test are returned in a hash keyed by sub-test schedule ID.
