Mark a ZPL label format as deleted

DELETE https://demo.labs.tracefirst.com/api/v2/zpl_label_formats/{id}

Marks a ZPL label format record as deleted using soft deletion.
This operation flags the record as deleted without permanently removing it from the system.

Required Permission: Controller: api_v2_reference_data, Action: zpl_label_format_delete.
