Updates an existing lab section record with new attribute values.
The request must include the unique identifier of the lab section along with the updated attributes.
You can update details such as the short name, long name, parent lab ID, priority, case coordinator,
discipline, master coordinator, prelim report flag, privacy setting, reporting order, and active status.
Required Permission: Controller: api_v2_reference_data, Action: lab_sections_update.
