Update a syndromic classification

PATCH https://demo.labs.tracefirst.com/api/v2/syndromic_classifications/{id}

Updates an existing syndromic classification record with new attribute values.
The request must include the unique identifier of the syndromic classification and the updated attributes.
You can update the short code, description, and active status.

Required Permission: Controller: api_v2_reference_data, Action: syndromic_classifications_update.
