Mark a lab section as deleted

DELETE https://demo.labs.tracefirst.com/api/v2/lab_sections/{id}

Marks a lab section record as deleted using soft deletion.
This operation flags the lab section as deleted without permanently removing it from the system.

Required Permission: Controller: api_v2_reference_data, Action: lab_sections_destroy.
