Mark a printer as deleted

DELETE https://demo.labs.tracefirst.com/api/v2/printers/{id}

Marks a printer record as deleted using soft deletion.
This operation flags the printer as deleted without permanently removing it from the system.

Required Permission: Controller: api_v2_reference_data, Action: printers_destroy.
