Update a MS teams channel

PATCH https://demo.labs.tracefirst.com/api/v2/ms_teams_channels/{id}

Updates an existing MS Teams channel record with new attribute values.
The request must include the unique identifier of the channel and the updated attributes.
You can update the channel name, webhook URL, and active status.

Required Permission: Controller: api_v2_reference_data, Action: ms_teams_channels_update.
