Mark a condition as deleted

DELETE https://demo.labs.tracefirst.com/api/v2/conditions/{id}

Marks a condition record as deleted using soft deletion.
This operation flags the condition as deleted without permanently removing it from the system.

Required Permission: Controller: api_v2_reference_data, Action: conditions_destroy.
